  1. Looks good. 1 LED lighting, is that enough?
  2. Must be desperate for $$. Steal and then resale!
  3. That's suck!!!! Do you have poly filter pad? it suppose to absorb any chemical product in your tank. LFS or know anyone that work in hospital. http://www.drsfostersmith.com/product/prod_display.cfm?pcatid=10421&cmpid=11csegpl&ref=6111&subref=AA&CAWELAID=525409262&catargetid=1570170725&cagpspn=pla

  5. Wow! looking awesome...following along!
  6. sorry to hear! get well soon.
  7. Nice! Is that the same skimmer you tried to sell awhile back?
  8. looks very good now! awesome
  9. very nice! can't wait to see it up and running.
  10. That's sad! Saw that news yesterday, but thread was removed!
  11. I think it should be OK. But recommended between 1.023-1.025.
  12. Lack of algae will starved them. Once awhile I give mine a large chunk of shrimp or nori.
  13. Ecotech's coral glue! I have also used super glue gel from$1 store (contains cyanoacrylate) with no issue. (however, have not seen them stock those anymore!!!)
  14. That's one awesome but scary looking fish!
  15. Welcome! very nice pics of your old setup.
  16. +1 Just make sure it the plain one (normally, the sushi nori)
  17. I had 3 large colony of Zoa when I first setup my tank. They were doing very well, growing like crazy. After I add SPS and upgraded to a larger sump and maintain a cleaner water quality, all the zoa slowly melted away. I moved the remaining to the sump and they seem to do better. (there are a few dozen of polyps that attached to the large rock in the DT, they seem to do fine (very slow growth though)). I guessed that they need to have some dirty water to thrive!
  18. I had one awhile back. It was doing very well at the spot that I originally set it. For some reason, it decided to move elsewhere and went under a large rock (could get it out) and eventually died (maybe lack of light and food). Keep an eye on your and offer it some food!
  19. Cute little setup!
  20. Wow! would that fit my 29G
  21. Just go with our sponsor ERC (closer to you and better service)! BTW, but if you want to visit...they have a small selection of fish ($$$) and a very small selection of coral in one tank. They do have lots of Koi if you're into Koi.
  22. Krylon makes mirror glass paint. This will give you illusion of a deep tank! plus you can see the behind your rocks. I was doing to do it on my 29G but was not able to get a can @ the local store (in a hurry). Ended up with silver instead.
  23. hmm! pretty dirty tanks though!
  24. not too familiar with zoas, they all the same to me (all pop under blue light!) if you take a better pic under normal lighting, I am sure someone can better ID it. I saw some @ IC last week. maybe Steve can ID it for you.
