    From the album: Anemone tank

  3. Looks like someone released one into NJ shores! http://www.grindtv.com/outdoor/blog/51051/alien-like+creature+pulled+from+new+jersey+area+an+internet+sensation/
  4. I have a clear return hose that ran across an old 20w light used in my fuge/sump. I didn't realized it grow so much in side of the hose.
  5. Ah! I though my mag 7 malfunction and order a new mag 7. I pulled it out several day ago and today tested it a bucket of water. it runs like a champ! hook it back onto the return line and barely have any water coming out. So I thought maybe a small snail stuck in it. look what I found inside my return tube (this is only half of what's inside):
  6. Here is a new video with a new Ultra GBTA!
  7. Now I know! but will probably forget.
  8. These snails are amazing. So, I decided to mess with my Mag 7 return (was making noise due to impeller issue). off topic, Now pump still runs but not pumping . Lesson learn!., don't mess with it until you have a replacement! Find a bunch of pumps but none fit the return tube. The one that fits is too weak to push any water! Okay, back on topic. I found 2 nerite snails behind my tank. bone dried (possible been there for days), but the black piece that cover the snail (don't known what it call) is still intact. So I tossed them back into the tank. Within 30 second, I see both snails came out. Great survivorsl!!!
  9. Awesome! baby rose bubble getting bigger.
  10. Unless the 2 PH flows are directly at the nems, should be fine to turn back on. If it move too close to the MP40 (nem chopper!), I would move the nem away.
  11. hmm! CJ did you just PU a hollywood stunner? is is anywhere near the anemone? hollywood stunner have a super long tentacles (at least 4-5 inches long or more).
  12. I they are the same one I saw last week! they are Rose BTAs! They move around and usually ended back to the original spot. It might sting corals around it!Just watch it.
  13. sell one to me!
  14. They are absolutely beautiful. I hope they breed them and not catching any more from the ocean.
  15. You can check out my "old" video" under my signature (just copy and paste the youtube link). I'll take new one once my new nem settle down.
  16. Welcome! Finally, a Marylander!
  17. all mine split over night ( I am sure it probably start much earlier than that). I did not actually witness the whole process (would have been awesome!). So far, I haven't able to observed any sign prior to splitting. But the clones are always smaller then the parent and mouth are intact. Also, I read that the reason it split due to stress. but personally I don't think that claim is true! This hobby always packed with surprises and we all learning new things all the time! Just pick up a new Ultra green BTA from IC! I guessed a new video on my nem tank is due (need to add more blue lighting though!)
  18. My large one split once (in the past year). It was about a basket ball when it split. I also have some green tip BTAs (4 now), split 3 times from an original GBTA. I have yet see the clone one split. All mine natural spit naturally. Once split, (my observation) they shrunk down and do not fully inflate for about a week and usually won't take any food.
  19. Wow! awesome tank. I'll go broke if I keep looking at other people nice tanks!!
  20. Looks more like an eel than shark. Cool, but scary looking though!
  21. I believe it's a Yellow damselfish. I got a couple similar ones in mine tank.
  22. No expert, but I believed those are brown button paly! I had a bunch of them before.
  23. Awesome tanks.
  24. Gosh! Another fire cause by aquarium equipment! So sad.
