    What I would do is drain the overflow box and redo the bulkhead. Really easy to do. And a much better fix then trying to silicon over a problem.

    Make scaffolding over the tank so you can reach down to the middle. But depending on rockwork, it’s not like your going to be able to get inside the tank with your whole body.

    Glad to see you back. Your old tank was awesome. I’m sure this will be as well. There are a bunch of reefers out your way. Im only 40 mins from you and have a ton of corals ready to go.

    It’s all dry rock. So you can cycle it in the tank. Just let me know if you want it.

    I have a few rocks that are baseball/softball size and some smaller pieces you could use to make some structures in the tank. free if you want them. Located in Nokesville

    I’m no engineer, but I would think you would need to rebrace the bottom at the 30” mark to fully support the back of the tank. just put in 2-4 vertical braces across the back of the tank 6” in and you should be fine.

    Welcome to the club. I’m now dosing nitrate and phosphate daily just to keep them level. Even though I have 25+ fish, feed multiple times per day and do weekly water changes. and now I have to dose a ton of magnesium cause my torches are thirsty little son of a guns.

    I have a 24x30x12 frag tank drilled for a drain and return. Could be a sweet shallow reef. It’s acrylic as well with eurobracing. Asking $250 for the tank.

    It automatically pairs. It’s hard to get a screen shot cause it happens so fast

    When I have to reset mine, this is what the app looks like.

    It’s been so long I don’t remember. It just automatically pairs when I reset it.

    What I do is go into my Bluetooth settings in my iPhone. Make it discoverable. Then turn on the Alkatronic. You should see it pop up in the bottom part of the screen. Click on it and it will pair. I also don’t use that white plug that came with it. I just plug it straight into an outlet.

    Yea. Mine has only even connected to the app via Bluetooth. I have never been able to log in online. I also have to shut it off and turn it back on to reset the internal Bluetooth signal. It never says on for more then a few days. does it test properly for you?

    Yea. They have his deposit since September and he hasn’t heard a thing. But considering he can’t find someone to build him a high end stand anyway, he is just in a holding pattern for that.
