located in silver spring, md have about 11 frags of aussie gold torch frags out of quarantine single head frags usually go for $130 or so out of quarantine. selling these for $125 and will make sure all are at least double headed frags! this was not some colony purchase and chopped up and sold to you a week later. i've had these for over three months and gotten them back to peak health, parasite free, and ready for new home. if interested and/or any questions, please PM me - thanks!

Bobbit Worm--About to burn down my apartment building
monkiboy replied to jonify's topic in General Discussion
I think you’ll be surprised how long it is. I found one about .25” diameter a few months ago in a sump living in a home of detritus and one rock and he was 28 inches or so fully extended. Was like a slithering slinky and i wasn’t able to get him out in one piece unfortunately he was so fast and didn’t want him to make it to my return pump. -

rob and isaac, thank you for the contribution of laughter to my otherwise stressful tuesday morning...this was GOLD. -
they hang off your shoulders, found at the end of the appendage, my friend. hand tight plus just a small bit extra is generally all that is needed and much more pressure with a bulkhead wrench or other type wrench is likely to introduce cracked glass or unneeded if not done with care.

i use the avast on the last ten or so builds i've done. not a single failure or issue even on ones 5+ years old. saved me too many times to count. not as pretty as some of the other options but definitely gets it done and nice to support dan and justin, local guys, as a bonus.

Jon and Maureen’s 350g Tank: The Reef Awakens
monkiboy replied to Jon Lazar's topic in Dedicated Tank (Build) Forum
I like the increased work space and new projects are executed nicely. pay mind to aerosol contamination from the hospital tanks and all the buckets, hoses, nets, etc used on them as it seems there is a lot of surface area of display water available in the room within close proximity to be infected. if determined to use the space maybe try solid covers over the hospital/quarantine tanks. all too often folks contaminate or nuke their display when doing their due diligence and treating and/or quarantining new fish because the tanks are within 10 feet or so of display water. I really like how clean the probe holder came out and might have to use it as inspiration to tackle something similar - thanks for sharing! -
that's awesome tom with the details and graphics. I'm sure Sel appreciates it! good work!

with dual boxes it isn't consistent and becomes troublesome to fine tune although if one were to try I'd do the emergency and return in one and the full and partial siphons in the other. but surface skimming really isn't efficient with the stock small toothed weirs.

sel, you need this in your life - i'll hook you up! http://wamas.org/forums/topic/84324-fs-brand-new-custom-internal-overflow-for-large-display/

juan, i feel for you. i sent out some ATI ICP tests out to ATI Labs through california center before heading out to germany. the gardena california location received them on 12/26 and they are still "looking" for my package for delivery to recipient. said it's somewhere in the post office last scan. usps is becoming a bigger and bigger joke. i only use fedex and have an account through them but the ATI ICP tests come with prepaid labels (much better than triton) so used it. never again. i will ship it to germany myself or ship to their location in california with fedex and my account. sorry for your troubles my friend. hope it works out ultimately for both of you!
