we've done this in the past. yes you need their permission, some allow some don't, especially on public forums. need to set permissions. space and content management are a whole other beast. Some crack web-savy people are needed as webmaster anyway. Please apply if someone out there has interest,.

trick is really is just getting a good culture of rots, feeding, and keeping the lot from crashing on you. Otherwise, it is a 5 gall bucket bubbling with twice a day nanochloropsis feedings. I "think" chromis larvae are large enough to eat rots. They may be too small.

rotifers. I would get in trouble for setting up operations again, but it would be cool to try raise a couple past metamorphosis.

+1 Yes mine did fail after 5 years of no maintanence. Something (stink bug or somthing) plugged the hole. If I could do all my systems with a gravity fed, I would. But sometimes space restricts this. The other thing I would warn against them is if you are pushing limewater or equiv past a float switch, it can clog them faster.

done this many times with clams/mussels trying to get angels to eat. using one of those bacteria additives? Then throw somw simple flakes in there.

I have an Australian. He is a bully, pushing away tangs and emperor to get his food. I do have snails and a few hermit in the tank as well. Never seen him attack any, but I wouldn't put it past him.
