  1. I have a pair of Maine Mochas. Love them, and not too hard on the wallet. That said, Gold Nugget Maroons are probably the coolest looking clowns out there IMO.
  2. I'm definitely interested, just need to figure out the work schedule first. Regardless, good of you to do this!
  3. Pinchie is a bit of a hog. I'll have to try to get a pic during feeding sometime. He's not the least bit shy...
  4. He's an inch at the carapace, so he hasn't ventured into Chesapeake Blue Crab size yet. Considering he wasn't much bigger than a nickel (total size) when I got him, he's definitely growing quick. I must say, he's been a model citizen though (knock on wood).
  5. Pinchie the 2 year old emerald crab molted a couple of days ago. Figured I'd snap a shot of the molt after it dried. He's getting big....
  6. Looking good! Glad to help!
  7. Welcome! I'm just up the road from you in Hagerstown. Let me know if you have any questions!
  8. I just threw up in my mouth a little... Well played.
  9. I have the 75 rimless which has a center overflow... Unfortunately that doesn't help you much. Good move building your own stand though. Their stands are junk! Worst mistake I made on this system.
  10. My Lawnmower was not a fan of my Sleeper Goby. Tormented him constantly, so the Lawnmower was given away. No more stress in my 34g now. That said, I added a Bicolor Blenny, to my 34g and the two are absolutely fine together. I see much less aggression from the smaller Blennies than I do from the larger ones. My Starry Blenny rules my 75g.
  11. Would love the following, just not sure on availability... Miami Orchid Purple Plasma Bellina Please PM pricing if available. Thanks for doing this!
  12. That guy is awesome! Just search "true facts about" in YouTube. His user name is zefrank1. There's a lot of these!
  13. Great blog! Really is crazy to see what goes into these trips!
  14. +1 use your rock. With some time, you'll love it.
  15. I went once, about a year and a half ago. I really have no interest in going back. The fish displays were unkept and the "coral" tank had a few mushrooms and a bunch of aiptasia. Not really worth it in my opinion.
  16. When were the filters last changed? Not DI, but sediment, carbon and the membrane itself? 60 seems pretty high coming out of the membrane and going into the DI. Mine hovers around 4-7
  17. Any kind of smell to the water, either outlet or filtered side?
  18. I have several in my fuge that hover around that size.
  19. Love it!
  20. There's plenty of better places around.
  21. Great looking setup!
  22. I have to say, this post really speaks volumes to the type of business you run, as well as to your involvement in this community. I can only think of a rare few that would take the time to throw out an offer like this. Really top notch and respectable. Thanks for being a part of the club!
  23. Nicely done!! I appreciate the fortitude it took to carry through to the end! If you're curious, you can accomplish the this a little better by using a soldering iron to burn the holes through it. Gives you a nice rounded hole each time.
  24. I had a similar experience with an order coming through Louisville. That place must be cursed! Mine was shipped on a Wednesday, and didn't show up until Friday evening. The bag water was at 61 degrees! While I agree with what others have said about skipping an acclimation, I would advise you check the temp first, then make your decision at that point. Mine came through just fine with a normal acclimation. Good luck and I hope you get them today!!
  25. Thanks for the recommendation! I'm going to give them a try next time around!!
