Should this rant be on here as a reef aquarium comment? No offense but seems like you have only good things to say about the fish coral and supply. The puppies is kindof out of place on this forum.

depends on who and what you are feeding. when I feed oyster eggs I turn off my powerheads and only let the return push water and food around to those slow filter feeding corals and LPS! I keep my skimmer on at all times, but for normal feeding I don't turn anything off. when I feed LPS at night I shut down the power heads only. -

I agree but for some odd reason they don't last in my tank. my tank is clean and everything really grows quickly and thrive. I get great colors it's just those darn acans

if you want the best it would be the gel from Bulk Reef Supply. it is about $7 per bottle but it is the best I have ever used.
