YHSublime September 18, 2014 September 18, 2014 Here are some of my favorites, share some of yours, if they have not been shared yet! I want to be inspired! Of course I'll open with Mr. Kang Oooooh, ahhhhhh Now you
YHSublime September 18, 2014 Author September 18, 2014 Very nice! I wish I could see the rock scapes they started with!
jacobB89 September 18, 2014 September 18, 2014 Not the best picture from a cell but today at world wide corals. Like the scape.

YHSublime September 19, 2014 Author September 19, 2014 Ok I'm sold on the second pic from isaac. Now how do I make that happen??? How did they do it??? Same as the first, just with corals. I'm going to try something similar.

There has been a lot thru out the "ages" that I have found and based my tank off of.
DuffyGeos September 19, 2014 September 19, 2014 Same as the first, just with corals. I'm going to try something similar. Yea you might want to buy stock in Marco Mortar vs. buying 2.5 lbs! Ha Ha!
YHSublime September 19, 2014 Author September 19, 2014 Ok I'm sold on the second pic from isaac. Now how do I make that happen??? How did they do it??? Also, you can read about his system here on Reef Builders, And probably just about anywhere else... just Google Mr Kang Yea you might want to buy stock in Marco Mortar vs. buying 2.5 lbs! Ha Ha! No way, zip ties my friend, zip ties and careful planning and cutting. http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=859730&perpage=25&pagenumber=1 http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1300282 Here's a couple that I have found. There has been a lot thru out the "ages" that I have found and based my tank off of. Very nice. I've seen that rock wall one shared before. It's nice, but it's very cluttered for my taste, but still... INSPIRATIONAL! I added pictures to your links so we could have them here! Here is another one I think is tasty:
YHSublime September 19, 2014 Author September 19, 2014 I am also shocked that Crazy4acros has not been shared yet: Oh la la!
Squishie89 September 19, 2014 September 19, 2014 I actually have a folder labeled, "Aquascapes" as I was coming up with my idea for my re-build These I just had saved for general awesomeness
AlanM September 19, 2014 September 19, 2014 oregon Reef, Weast: http://www.oregonreef.com/sub_aquascaping.htm
Orion September 19, 2014 September 19, 2014 Isaac, the last one in your first post is my favorite. Simple, and the sand is really really clean. Unlike mine right now!
matt September 19, 2014 September 19, 2014 I've seen this and save on my PC somewhere...love how it came out...not sure I could personally replicate Oooooh, ahhhhhh I could see doing a variation of this and affording some really cool coral placement...but if ever it a joint should fail I shudder to think of the outcome
jacobB89 September 19, 2014 September 19, 2014 Ahh darn I hate you Issac for starting this thread lol. Now I have more changes I want to do with my tank... Hmm might order more rock or something.
BowieReefer84 September 19, 2014 September 19, 2014 A lot depends on what corals you want as well. I like encrusting monti, and they do better on the standard fiji rock. The pukani from BRS is so porous it would take FOREVER to get a frag to spread out.
SunWyrm September 20, 2014 September 20, 2014 Perfect timing for this thread! Hoping to use this as inspiration on my new build: I actually have a folder labeled, "Aquascapes" as I was coming up with my idea for my re-build These I just had saved for general awesomeness To contribute, I know they're not as pretty and clean as the above, but I was pretty proud of my aquascapes:
Wrench September 20, 2014 September 20, 2014 Very cool thread! IMO the best aquascapes look horrible until the corals grow in. The hobbyists with the real skill have the ability to envision how the corals will grow in which allows them to make the shape of the reef and not necessarily just the rock. I lack that ability lol.
DonkeyFish September 20, 2014 September 20, 2014 This is fantastic! Thank you! But.... no love for nanos???
