DIY KALK reactor folks

I appreciate your patience with me during my move, job, etc this past month. After Thursday, I'll be able to jump in and hopefully pickup the slack that I've been unable to support over the past weeks, etc.

Chip, I'll catch up with you tomorrow at the house.

All the kits aren't lasered yet so this would work well in shifts

I have dinner guests at 6:00 so there is a stop point of 5:00

Folks,

 

The powerheads and the JG fittings have arrived. Unfortunately, I doubt I can make it on Sun for glueing. As for tapping for the JG fittings - the outer diam of the threaded portion is .525" with what looks to be 20tpi . I will leave it up to the ME's like James to verify what the proper drill size and tap to use. It looks like it would be a 29/64th bit with a 1/2" 20 tap. Or would we use a 7/16" with softer materials? Smart people sound in.

Going to give the stuff to Krish today that I have. I am also in in on the Kalk order, but cannot make it.

I can send a bucket up with a lid up with Krish to put the kalk in, if you don't mind storing for a few days. I can pick up during the week next week if you want or at the meeting. I guess we owe Xeon for the kalk?

 

I think I need to bring my laptop with quicken just to keep track of all the $$$ transactions at the meeting!

I will not be at the frag fest but hope people will grab a few frags for me.

If you have a container, I'll keep it till you can get it or I'd rather the stuff stay in whole bags.

I'm not the split miester, just the facility.

I planned a glue party for this weekend so that's what my focus will be on Sunday. The splitting lime is a side deal I'm offering since I opened my big mouth and offered to accept the shipment before the details/distro was worked out. I plan to glue as much as we can get done in the 2 hours I ripped my wife off of. We have dinner guests at 5:30 so I'm playing Howard and cutting it really close. :D  Wait, he has more hair than me.
