I took a couple pics of my tank since the re aqua scape by ROBZ about 2 weeks before Christmas.

I used a v950 to take the pics.

The V950 is one of the delivery phones my drivers use to document LAD, NAH or graveside deliveries.

We got 8 of these because we now offer a fee based delivery acceptance photo which is becoming wildly popular.

WOW......I was awe struck when I saw your tanks...I'm still awe struck. I can't stop looking. They are amazing. Thanks again for helping out with the water.

Thanks,

The new rock work is by our resident carnivore and "fishdude" ROBZ.

We just got 8 nifty delivery cameras phones. I'll get the zoom and video soon.

We can also use them at work for work stuff.

The the nori feeder idea I got when I was spying on your tank.

I love it.

Ybenormal, Sonya and I just finished the "IN WALL" unit we've been working on for a few weeks.

Ybe is amazing with wood.

I'll post pics once we align the doors and put the middle pieces in.

Hehehe, I've been doing that one for years...I guess great minds think a like. I have a suggestions/modification for it. I use an O-Ring to hold it on. It seems to hold it better and it doesn't deteriorate like a rubberband :)

Very nice, I will give that a try. My tangs eat through the rubber bands.

It's the best way I've seen to feed nori because the fish have to scrap it off like they do from rock. I always get good ideas from Rik.

I use the rubber bands but have to replace it every couple weeks or so, no biggie.

So when are you going to align the doors and put the finishing pieces on the wall already? I mean, come on...it's been over 24 hours since I left your house!

Seriously though, the tanks really look great, especially in person.

Bob (ybe) and I have been working on completing the oak facing to build my tanks into the wall.

Once we got the facing done and I finished sanding, Sonya my wife went to work.

She stained all the face plates and the 14 doors in Golden Oak to bring out the beautiful wood grain in the oak we used.

Then she started each morning putting a coat of polyurethane on several pieces, putting a second coat on around 4:00 and a third coat on before we went to sleep.

She got up and did it all over again until we had three coats on all fronts and backs of everything.

It looks awesome.

Here's a few pics before:

This in wall cabinet came out so much better than we had hoped for.

Again a huge thanks to "ybe" and my wife Sonya for helping get it all in place.

Wow!!

That's art!

But... you have to wonder now - whether your tank or the cabinetry will get more compliments! :)
