jnguyen4007 January 17, 2008 January 17, 2008 It sucks seeing your fish died like that. Don't blame it on your rimless tank though. My mated pair of clownfish did that too. One on one day and the second one followed suit the next day.
Connor January 17, 2008 January 17, 2008 (edited) sorry about the fish. Edited January 17, 2008 by Connor
fab January 17, 2008 January 17, 2008 A rimmed tank probably would not have prevented this for long. All the fish has to do is take off a few inches farther away from the tank wall and it will clear the rim. ... the voice of experience, here. fab

dbartco January 21, 2008 January 21, 2008 You must be ticked off. You didn't even get the fish in focus!
treesprite January 21, 2008 January 21, 2008 thing with rimless is that you don't have as many options for preventative measures. A tank with a rim has something to rest a cover on inside the edge of the tank, or attatch some kind of barrier to, or other method.
Sugar Magnolia January 21, 2008 January 21, 2008 Oh man!! So sorry for your loss!! :( That really had to hurt. :(
