  1. My goby never comes out
  2. I'd grab one of these: http://www.bluwhite.com/Products/injectionfitting_photo.htm We use them as our injection method for chlorine into swimming pools. Drill and Tap a 1/4" hole on one of your branches and thread this bad boy in. One way check valve will protect you in case of any backup.
  3. Went shopping over at Richards last night. Picked up a yellow hammer, rainbow acans #62, and a nice frag of #10. His stuff is so sick...... hidden gem. IMO he's got the best corals around and he's a good dude to boot.
  4. I tried the injections with no success. I got two Peppermints for my 56g and they were gone in 2 days. I have remained Aptasia free ever since. Guess I got lucky.
  5. Looks very much like my condylactis, post RBTA battle.
  6. Man, whoever traded you that 15 High is the man! Lookin good!
  7. Did you get the order in that you were supposed to get last week instead of the Detroit order that came mistakenly?
  8. How did Adam get that bathroom sign inside the acrylic on the right side edge?!?!?!
  9. This was disintegrating as it left the tank, I'm pretty sure it was dead. I think this might be my sign to go without Xenia for now. Takes up a lot of space
  10. +1 to going see his place. You won't be disappointed, I promise.
  11. So it turns out the RBTA definitely killed the Xenia. I waited a couple days to see if it came back and it didn't. I went to pull it out and boy am I glad I did as it smelt like death once it left the tank. I also had a small chunk of purple clove polyp this killer RBTA has eliminated. So if anyone has Xenia or Purple Clove issues let me know, you can borrow my RBTA. On a side note, I have someone coming by to take real pictures of my tank. He's even got a macro lens and one of those fancy look down lens adapter thingamajigies. Pics to come!
  12. I have a bh1000, which looks the same.... Maybe just a bigger pump?
  13. Yes, it looks a lot like the tip of a RBTA. It's gone now. Weird.
  14. I've been watching this thing a lot tonight and it has extended slightly. By the looks of it, it has an open mouth of some sort at the end of it. It also looked to be moving slightly. Not actually changing location, more like flowing. Is there any chance it's some sort of glowing worm?
  15. So my tanks been running for a few months now and I tonight while doing a water change I noticed this thing on side of a rock about half an inch from the sand bed. It gets very little light as its sort of on the underside of a rock. It's encrusted to the rock and hanging off almost like a super small anemone tentacle. I'd guess it's a few millimeters long. The only thing I know is that it glows BRIGHT pink. Any ideas?
  16. Added 6 Ricordea from the ERC group buy. Picture does them no justice.
  17. Thanks for letting me come out tonight. The rics and everything else looked great! People should be prepared to see some incredible corals that Richard plans on bringing to the meeting. The Scolys are ridiculous.
  18. Sweet! I am getting my pump Sunday so all that will be left will be some pipe and fittings which I can take care of. Thanks!
  19. So....after staying put for the past day (After adding the RBTA a few days ago), my RBTA is on the move. She is now in arms reach of my condylactis and I've seen them touch a couple times. Can these guys damage each other? Is action required? Thanks! EDIT: So the RBTA moved on but I'm worried about the potential danger of a RBTA and Condy being in the same tank. Should I stick to the same species of nems if I want multiples?
  20. Funny you should say that. I looked up at the tank after ready that and noticed that the RBTA was detaching and heading towards the powerhead. I quickly turned all of them off and moved the powerhead in question to a place it can't be reached. (I hope)
  21. Oh yeah, whatever, you know what I mean haha I actually think it is! It's pretty awesome. They won't leave the thing now.
  22. Yay! After a couple days my young Occ's are hosting my brand new RBTA!
  23. Alan, you have a PM.
