  1. I bought some on amazon recently
  2. well they were selling small foxface for 190. This is obviously more expensive than liveaquaria who sell for around 100. I have never had a fish die from Reefescape early. I mean they have died but that was of "old age" years later. That is why I'm ok with the upcharge. On another note, they have stepped up their coral game and it is much better than 2-3 years ago.
  3. I like reefescape because they QT everything. They won't let you buy anything from the QT section. However, you are going to pay more than other stores.
  4. I was just going to write, hit up Gastone as he has a bunch of school tanks.
  5. I would be interested, although tough to get into DC on a weeknight so weekends best.........
  6. It would have to be smaller otherwise you may have two females. Also, clowns pairing up will chase each other and inevitably jump so make sure you have a lid.
  7. This is great. Are you going to be selling some soon?
  8. I had this exact problem years ago. A rogue brown mushroom on a frag spread everywhere. There was nothing I could do unfortunately. I just vow never to put a shroom in my tank again (unless it is something like a jawbreaker or bounce).
  9. What's the lineage on the thanos guantlet finger snaps zoa? If you didn't get it straight from thanos i don't want it.
  10. They are invasive and I'll be sure to never put a mushroom (unless its a bounce or jawbreaker) in my next build. They are all but impossible to kill. Even when you scrape one off you'll leave a tiny crumb on the rock and it will grow back.
  11. I have a 17 gallon ADA. Love that little tank.
  12. 17 gallon ADA. How high off the waterline?
  13. If anyone has this light I'd be curious to know what height and intensity you are running it. Thanks
  14. I'm looking to get a custom tank from one of the more premium tank builders. I accept the fact that the aquariums are very expensive, however, the stands are literally almost the same price which is ridiculous. Are there any places (yes, I've googled) you know of that makes nice stands? The tank itself will be a standard length and width (60 by 24) but I'm going shallow on the height as I want to look down on it. Thanks in advance.
  15. Where you been Ben??? Put the lotion in the basket!
  16. join wamas for 20 bucks and you can see the for sale threads
  17. Great reply, thank you. I may take you up on checking it out down the road. I have actually heard really good things about the red sea led lights. I saw them in person at House of Tropics. I like how the waterbox is US units so you don't have to have special plumbing and socks (i actually don't use socks on my cube).
  18. very interested to hear your thoughts about waterbox. How do you like the tank itself? Was there a reason you decided on the waterbox? I'm looking at both the waterbox and the red sea reefer for a future build. I can't get a general consensus on which seems to be best. Yours looks great, btw
  19. feed it
  20. Fox face fish are 100 percent reef safe. I’ve had 2 and they’ve never touch any coral. I’ve never heard of a Fox face eating coral.
  21. My foxface demolishes bubble algae
  22. Mine picked at my acros, then he was put in a sump to live out the rest of his days. I don’t trust them at all. They don’t even do a good job at eating bubble algae.
  23. My gold nugget clown literally took 3 hours and started nipping at the nem when I bought him. By hour 5 he was knee deep in the nem. I think a small tank helps.
