  1. Tank a look at the one I built for DDiver in the dedicated tank forum.
  2. http://1000bulbs.com/category/250-watt-metal-halide-aquarium-lamps/
  3. Half way between NOVA and Charles town WV off Rt 9, or 20 minutes from the Rt7/ HWY 9 exit.
  4. I used them for dry goods, but they get rave reviews over at R2R on fish. They seem to have decent prices as well and will order down the road from them.
  5. Specifically what type of LPS was he munching on?
  6. I've used them several times in the past and they are on reef2reef as a sponsor as well which is where I found them to begin with. They also normally have a killer fish list with some great deals to be had which is what they are really known for.
  7. http://www.dtpetsupplies.com/catalog/Water-storage/Horizontal-Containers/Horizontal-Containers-450-Gallons-And-Under/ is also a good place, and if you feel like doing a weekend drive you can save on shipping.
  8. I nominate Hypertech. That pic is most impressive.
  9. Try http://plastic-mart....CFeh25Qod6DDa4A
  10. Anyone given this a try?Seems everyone is coming out with some sort of bio pellet.
  11. A little advice to some of you, don't quit your day job! HA
  12. Very hard to tell from that pic, but sounds like the ORA blue voodoo.
  13. Pavona decussatus is my guess. A lot of the Pavonas I have seen though normally have a slight resemblance to the cyphastrea in that they have small circular polyps.
  14. It's worth every penny and the piece of mind knowing all your perams are in check.
  15. http://www.aquariumwatertesting.com/ because there is no substitute. You know what they say about opinions...
  16. I'd like to see those pictures. $5000.00 Maybe. I feel like I would do something crazy like that if money were no object. I'm digging it, thanks for posting.
  17. +1 and unless your measuring the food exactly, and your fish are eating the same exact amount of food each day I see no way to do a fair comparison.
  18. With MH lamps, and regular use of Restore, your corals will grow 10 times faster than with good water chemistry and LED crap. On a more serious note I have been using Restore since it came out and swear by it for healing frags, and damaged tissue on SPS corals.
  19. I'm with Eriks, My Deltec works very well and I haven't had to change the settings once set. I use the two o'clock position as well and clean it once a week. No fuss no muss.
  20. Supplies are very limited to each store MAX 2 at the moment, and it sounds also like the supply it's self is very limited. I'd guess that $150 a pair is about right.
  21. I did not know Marco was not man made. Bad reference on my part, and was not what was used either. Strike that comment.
  22. Can't say that ever again. HA That is actually based on a system I built a couple of years ago where the guy had to dose 75 ML of [brand escapes me] a day to keep the ALK at 8. As the rock finally got to where it looked cured, and covered he was able to back off the dosing.
