Wow! ...nice collection of corals. Do you have a plan for thinning things out as they grow in?

Wow thanks for the great compliment.

Yes, I am still using Zeo. But I have cut back, you seen see a little green algae on the glass in some pics. I believe that was from using Zeo every day.

3 days a week I use :

Flatworm stop

Amino acid hard corals

B-balance

Pohls xtra

Sponge power

Coral vitalizer

Amino acid Lps

2 days a week I use :

K-balance

Coral snow

Zeobac

I have stopped using zeofood 7

I also have my doser dosing a tint amount of Zeo start 3, 2 times a day.

I have yet to set up the zeovit reactor. Really need to do that soon.

Thanks. I'm giving my fiancé a list of tanks for a possible wedding present. Wedding is at the end of September.

ADA 90p - 36x18x18

Miracles - 36x18x18

Deep blue - 36x18x20 - non reef ready. Will drill myself

Mr aqua - 36x18x18

The 36x18x18 are 48 gallons. And the deep blue is 57.

Haha, I wish.

You don't need to use all zeo products, you can pick and choose what to use based on their purpose and what you want to achieve.

Brad - awesome tank.

What are your water changes like - weekly/bi-weekly, and how much?

Also how much 2-part are you dosing a day?

Thanks. I do 5 gallon water changes about every 5 days.

I believe I am doing 13 ml each of cal and alk, over the course of 12 doses. So 1.08 ml of each every 2 hours

(edited)

Some LFS with an online store, like QR, should set up a wedding registry function.

+1

But for some of us that would lead to a pretty short marriage

Lol that would be nice. BRS and marine depot have wish lists, same idea.

Except they have flaws, which I found out the hard way during Christmas. If you add an item from the wish list to your basket, but never check out, the item is removed from your wish list.

Brad,

any reason you are going to stay with 18" depth? Especially if you go with a custom tank from Miracles, it costs pennies more to add 6" to the depth. I believe on my 6' tank, the difference between 24" and 30" was $300.

I want to keep the same stand and unfortunely 18" is all that will fit.

Going from 24x12x14 to 36x18x18 will be a nice 30 gallon upgrade.

Plan to get a second radion, second mp10, and bubble magus curve 5 skimmer

Hey Zeo head have you seen one of these ?

zeolite-tumbler-v21.jpg

I have seen it on reef builders, but have never actually seen a set up using it. Basically everyone uses reactors.

Pretty sweet, but hugeeee

But it is COOOL. The wow factor. I have not seen this listed on the Avast site. Would make a nice Cheato tumble or reactor.
