Seems like a lot of fish for a 265g. I may be biased though because I tend to prefer lower loads. I assume this is FOWLR, so that fish load is less of an issue. Beyond that, I'd probably stock bottom to top and timid to aggressive. Gobies, Cardinals, Anthias, Clowns, Tangs. Kole and Blue tang go in first. Definitely think 8 tangs is far too much. If you go with a schooling set of zebrasomas (agree, add at the same time if so) then maybe only 1 or 2 more beyond that would be my recommendation. Also agree on scaling back Gobies and upping Anthias... although they're messy. What are the dimensions -- standard? If this is a six foot tank, I'm not sure you really want more than 2 tang types and 4 tangs total. Not entirely sure where the angels fit in. Anyway, my $0.02.
