    Im lost. How do you initiate a chargeback when it is completely obvious that the buyer(customer) is totally at fault. No seller in there right mind would guarantee something tgat was picked up 10 hours late especially something as fragile as seahorses. I really hope the customer does the right thing here. Im at a loss for words. This is common sense....

    For anyone in doubt or you havent been. You need to. I just left there for the first time and its well worth the drive and the pics are pretty spot on. Place is super clean tanks are spotless very friendly and of course some killer coral. Will def be shopping here more often.

    Reefcleaners.org I had the same problem years ago. Ordered 10 emeralds and they desimatted(spell check here) it. And theres are guaranteed to eat bubble algae.

    Zero nitrates and po4 would be my go to first. I have never had luck with those numbers. In fact, i had to dose po4 for almost a year to get things in order

    Actually dave was josh's right hand man until about 11pm. They pulled a 14 hour day to get me up and running. I got pretty sick so wasnt much help and they powered through it. I have a great group of friends. Very helpful

    Water tested today. Couple small fixes. Now time to drain and figure out the best way to make the transfer happen.

    Updates made some serious progress this weekend. Tank move went super smooth this time. Had to call on some serious muscle. Gonna be water testing today

    I use an old calcium reactor for mine. Doesnt need to be anything fancy just recirculating.

    I will say this, without the suction cups it would have never happened. No way. Gonna definitely have to come up with a strategy to get in my house.

    Just fyi. This was the most extreme heavy object i have ever lifted in my life. I honestly thought we were gonna drop it. 7 people. I will have 10 people to bring it in my house as its gonna be far worse.
