    Awesome. Looks like it’ll be a very cool tank. Go check out Supreme Reef. He has a nice display with lots of smaller fish like what you’re planning.

    thats interesting. i too had a yellow belly hippo in my frag tank that would grab frags (all kind of coral frags) and throw them around. sold it to a friend and did the same thing to his frags (sps frags). so now he's in my nem tank with no frags

    I have used to have 5 or so dwarf angels, multicolor, flame, fishers, yellow fin pygmy, in my mix reef, lps, zoas, softy, sps. Was lucky enough that none took any interest in any corals.

    Did miracles took care of your friend? I wouldn’t know what to do if this size tank leak...

    Done, done and done, so far, miracles is the cheapest, and looks like theyre quality products. Anyone have Glass Cages? I know theyve had not so good reviews way back when, but i have seen very positive ones in the last few years.

    Thanks Tom. I have an acrylic tank now. And I am definitely not liking the extra effort in cleaning to prevent scratches. I also have a low iron tank, while it’s softer than regular, I can still use a razor blade on it. That alone already have pushed me towards glass. I think I just need to consult an engineer to be sure on framing and thickness.

    I hate acrylic. poS to clean. I’m not patience enough :( Maybe add another smaller 4-6” concrete column in the middle will keep it bowing or maybe 1-2” steel bar reinforcing the top?

    I would want a viewing panel of 40-48” tall. And as long as possible, maybe 12’ long, I guess 1” thick would be Safe?
