Canon T2i w/100mm f/2.8 Macro Lens Shooting in Camera RAW, using photoshop to correct the photos afterwards. Most of it is taking out some of the blue from the actinics. I try to keep the as close as the true color as i can. Use a tripod, also have a remote for the shutter release. Lights are 20k radiums, 250w MH's with vho actinics. turn off all pumps, clean both inside and out side of glass. Learned most all of it from Gadgets! A true professional.
