New lights and stores

Susanne

Recommended Posts

I had aquariums in Germany with Giesemann Metal halides and Led's.

I am new here and cannot find a marine store in the Montclair town.

Online I cannot find Giesemann led in the US.

The vendor forums here do not have a map showing stores locations.

Where can I go to find a local marine store?

Thanks.

Geisemann led's are sold here: http://www.bulkreefsupply.com/lighting/aquarium-led/giesemann-teszla.html Great site with great service.

The very top right of the page has a tab titled, "LFS Map." This should help with your second question.

Welcome!

The closest LFS to you is Petco and Petsmart in Woodbridge. Aquatic Obsession is off Liberia Ave, Blue Ribbon Koi is in Manassas, Centreville Aquarium is off 29 near 28. Prestine Aquarium is in Alexandria off Pickett. I live off Hoadly, just fyi.

I think there is a LFS map somewhere too...???

All the way on the top right hand side.

 You're learning your way around quickly, Susanne! Welcome to WAMAS!

Welcome Susanne!

Dale city here! Our local Petco has gone down hill lately. As far as Petco's go it's the best, but it's been much better - just make sure you thoroughly quarantine anything you get from them as far as livestock.

The ever-spectacular Quantum Reefs in Annandale hasn't been mentioned yet. Highly recommend them.

What I am see here maybe another company would be ok too.

as long as it is a Led light. but I am not sure what kind.

Petco and Petmart do not have a good light selection.

Their whole aquatic department seems to be vor beginners only.

Thanks
