MBVette July 1, 2012 Share July 1, 2012 So the power came back on at 7:27 this morning; and I only know what time it was b/c that is when the fire started. Right now the guess is the main pump or the power strip sparked and caused a fire. The lobby of the building took a pretty heavy hit, but otherwise the rest of the building only has some water and a little smoke damage. Looks like I will be looking for another tank very shortly. MBVette July 1, 2012 Author Share July 1, 2012 It's at the school in south riding. If someone wants the rock they are welcome to it, though I don't know if I would put it in a tank bc in sure soot and other crap got into the tank. Can't wait for the insurance check on this one. MBVette July 1, 2012 Author Share July 1, 2012 Well we just had to empty the tank out b/c it started to leak pretty bad. So the rock and dead corals are just sitting in there now waiting for the adjuster to come out so I can have someone come take the rock and bake it. I wouldnt put it in any tank as there was a ton of soot in the water
