I want his teardrop squammie on the right, freaking sweet clam...skinz has some good stuff in his tank.

Ryan if you want a larger red monti cap that will fit a clam like that i got one for ya haha.

I think you should just get one GIANT clam and get rid of the rock and corals....or do a sandbed of 35 clams

Have you been drinking again? What did I tell you about the booze before 9am Evan!

I don't know if I ever showed you guys what my old 135g mixed reef tank looked like? Here is the last FTS I had for it back in February 2010. Looking back at it now - I don't like how it looks at all. I think it's kind of ugly. Too many different corals everywhere. Plus I don't like the aquascape.

It will be, how many yellow tangs did you go with? I see two.

Just 2. I am going with a bunch of pairs in the tank. Pairs was originally Rob's recommendation. The anthias will be 1 male and 5 females though.

So far the pairs are working for everyone but the firefish. I didn't add them at the same time, so the more established firefish is bullying the new guy big time. I can't catch either, so I guess that I just have to wait and hope they eventually get along.

I'd pass on the CBB simply because of their horrible habit of dying in captivity. Better to leave them in the ocean.

Thanks guys.

Rob: That was my first thought as well, until I went to Quantum yesterday and he had 3 beautiful CBB's in stock. I told Vince if they are eating food and healthy in 2 weeks, then I'd take one. I'm hoping 2 weeks in his tanks and eating frozen foods would increase the chances of survival in my tank.

Slow and steady Ryan.... What happened to a couple fish per month... Dont get yourself back in the same place as before. Also, I thought you were QTing your fish.? I dont mean to be Debbie Downer but, it wasnt long ago when disaster last happened.

They are being QTed. And this is much slower than last time, though it is a little faster than 2/month I suppose. :)

I can't wait until all the fish are in the tank, all of the new frags are mounted, and I can sit back and actually enjoy the tank while it grows-out. Just do weekly water changes and be done with it.

It's amazing how much more enjoyable the tank is now, with 10 fish in it, versus the 3 months it was fishless. The fish make all the difference.

Later this month or in September, you need to come by and see it in person.

Id love to come by and see it sometime. Then I can pick on you in person.!! I only mention the QTing stuff bc I know that was something you wanted to do so you wouldnt have the same problem. Nothing like making the same mistake twice...

I think a fishless tank would be awful. I love to watch the fish. The coral are great, and they are beautiful, but just dont offer me the same stimulation as the fish do. Also, when you have fish with personality and that respond to your presence it makes it even better.

Since I'll be out of town for a little while, I wanted to leave you all with a little bit of a teaser. Here are the corals that I'll be getting frags of later this month, after I get back from my trip! Enjoy!
