Amuze June 23, 2010 June 23, 2010 Took some new shots today after getting most of my coral back in. Nothing is really mounted yet until I can see everything is happy in place - and please, ignore the algae...
Der ABT June 23, 2010 June 23, 2010 what kind of wrasse is that, he is awesome. Tank is looking good, Not sure if you ever sold the car or where out at hyperfest but still need to see you out at the track one day
ctenophore June 23, 2010 June 23, 2010 Very nice looking tank! I love the white trim stand/canopy assembly. Nice open space too. You can buy black PVC fittings at savko.com.
WaterDog June 23, 2010 June 23, 2010 Really nice tank. Wow. what kind of wrasse is that, he is awesome. Tank is looking good, Not sure if you ever sold the car or where out at hyperfest but still need to see you out at the track one day I think one's a radiant and one's a flasher. Not positive though.
Amuze June 23, 2010 Author June 23, 2010 (edited) nice tank what size is it? Thanks. It's 48x30x20. Justin, I've been looking for black elbows to change out. I'll check out that site. Thanks for the link. Der ABT, the 240 is gone. No future plans to attend any track events as I've gotten away from the hobby. Heard it was a blast though. Edited June 23, 2010 by audible
jason the filter freak June 23, 2010 June 23, 2010 Tank looks sick, ever consider putting a couple small islands in the front open space, or maybe some sea grass?
Sharkey18 June 23, 2010 June 23, 2010 Looks awesome. so nice and clean! I can't see any algae... Laura
Mountaineer June 24, 2010 June 24, 2010 Looks great! I really like the open space that size tank affords in the front. Very well done so far.
DDiver June 24, 2010 June 24, 2010 looking good bro.i'll try to come out sometime this week....i was sitting in line to get thru the gate for an hour at Hyperfest but it was worth it at the end of the day....
Amuze June 25, 2010 Author June 25, 2010 A couple of shots from the top. It's tough to get a decent pic looking in between the two light fixtures and not having a look down box. -Red cap. Like the growth pattern of this one. -My blue tenuis.
NAGA June 25, 2010 June 25, 2010 Looks great...............I love those dimensions.............that width is the way to go! Nice Job! Jeff
Amuze July 2, 2010 Author July 2, 2010 Wasn't happy. Final aquascape (mean it this time). Now to just let it grow...
Stu July 2, 2010 July 2, 2010 I'll echo other people's comments on how nice all the open space looks. Love the canyon/passthrough look too. Once the cap and the acros plate out into the space, it'll look really dramatic. It reminds me of the canyon look from Oregon Reef: http://www.oregonreef.com/sub_aquascaping.htm
CHUBAKAH July 3, 2010 July 3, 2010 Wasn't happy. Final aquascape (mean it this time). Now to just let it grow... LMAO, yeah right. You said that 15 changes ago.
lowsingle July 4, 2010 July 4, 2010 Sweet aquascape.........I agree that the open look is better.... cheers, Darren
