Nice snag, Dan! Was that from the Diver's Den?

Tracy

Yep, they posted it late last night when I was cruzin for a rabbit fish and I couldn't pass it up.

Alright, looks like someone finally convinced you to get an anemone for those clowns. What finally made you break down?

haha... Between you and ML I really didn't have a choice. I gave the bicinctus a couple months to get cozy with one of the euphyllias and they were not having any part of that so.....h. crispa is a natural host for them, should stay on the sandbed with as much light as I pump into my tank and I happen to have a 2' section of sandbed reserved for this guy.

mmm regals, luckily mine is doing well as i cannot imagine a tank without a regal now that ive been able to keep one successfully for almost a year.

best thing that ever happened to my angel keeping habits was tbh the porc puffer, i wouldnt be surprised dan if they took to your cowfish and tended to prefer what it was eating. a weird but cool thing to see

beautiful work and congrats on the new baby.

Jager, all my angels love cowfish poo ;) Good thing there is plenty to go around lol.

Tracy, I like them all :) The eel I have had ever since I have been in the hobby (about 5 years or so) and has seen a few tank moves. Most of the others I have had between one and two years. These are the first new fish I have gotten in some time so I am pretty excited.

Speaking of new fish, here is my QT setup description:

I have a litemeter3 that performs a 5 gallon waterchange everyday on my main system. This old tank water is fed to the 20 gallon QT tank and that has an overflow that drains outside. So basically my QT gets a 25% WC everyday. There is no other filtration hooked up to the tank, substrate or live rock etc. I QT a minimum of 3 weeks, this goes for corals as well. Various dips are performed as needed.

The cowfish looks so tiny in his new gigantic home!! :)

Tracy

He's a monster that can chomp down half piece of medium size shrimp in no time. Dan demonstrated to me a couple months back. Don't let that little cowfish fool you. :)
