A small fire and a new tank set up later, I have my new haddoni carpets... The fire you ask? We had a *minor* light drop in the tank incident just as we had filled it with nice stable water from the main tank. There were flames. Whoops. At least it happened before anyone was in there. Introducing my tank to WAMAS. I have a build thread on reef to reef but wanted to share my tank with my fellow local reef nuts! More details to come. Full tank shot Friday with my newest coral, a gorgeous blue and green chalice. My tank is home to two ocellaris clowns, Minerva and Albus (I renamed them from Molly and Arthur Clownfishly because they have shown no disposition to make any orange babies). I have the kingbo bulb on Amazon for $26 on a 20g. Then I got two once went up to 40b. When I went to the 40 we had it too high and I lost a bta that had been recovering from a filter incident. But lowered it and everything seems fine. Also bought the machine mini you see eat about the size of a quarter in August now it's about the size of my spread hand. The Duncan went from one to many heads, and the pink leather got much bigger. Pretty decent. Tank is still new, 40b since about December. So lots of cyano... Sent from my Pixel 3 XL using Tapatalk

I had this same experience when I had the meter at the beginning of January, I believe. I was getting mostly readings of 30-170, which I don't think was correct based on how my tank looks and the readings my lights are supposed to do.
