  1. Hello. Yes, are you allowed one "out of the hobby" sale post. If you are getting back into the hobby, we do not allow sale post in general discussion. There is a member's forum dedicated to selling/trading/etc. hobby related items. You need to be a paid member to access the forum. Let us know if you have any further question. For general membership question, feel free to DM @ReefdUp.
  2. I would have recommended AquariumDepot, but it looks like their site is down. They sell good bags of big ones and have buy one get one at times.
  3. Good morning. Per forum rules, please list pricing. Thank you.
  4. A lot of youtubers are using StreamYard. You can have people join the stream and show off their tanks if needed. Anyone can join the chat. The person hosting has control and can dictate moderators for the chat.
  5. @NamReefs I think recently bought one.
  6. A friend also recommended these to me. So far, seems like people like them. https://noopsycheusa.store/
  7. I avoid DC like a plague so I rarely drive south. I've had good luck with fish from Fintastic. They sell out quick though, so I always try to make it there when shipment comes. Sometimes if you call and prepaid, they can save the fish until you can make it. The two awesome ladies that work there are the best. The closer one to me is House of Tropicals. Their pricing is a bit higher than fintastic but good selection on shipment days. Of course, both will need to be qt'ed. Sent from my SM-G988U using Tapatalk
  8. I heard great things about the OceanRevive. https://www.amazon.com/OceanRevive-Arctic-Spectrum-Dimmable-Aquarium/dp/B07Z59NPC8
  9. Lol ... I always believe that if God wants me to win the lottery, he will have one drop near my feet without buying [emoji1787][emoji1787] Sent from my SM-G988U using Tapatalk
  10. Have you tried catching them at night? I caught both of mine that way. Both of mine prefer acans. Destroyed 75% of acans :( .
  11. Thank you Chuck @flooddc. I still can't believe I won.
  12. Something awesome happened this past week!!! I normally don't enter giveaways because it always involve inviting someone to the group or pissing them off with all your spam. This particular one on Facebook was pretty simple, add your name and you are entered! I have been pretty bored lately with no work, so why not? Well I won this awesome pack! Great ... I guess I need to add another tank
  13. Please send a pm to @Origami or @Hilary.
  14. I have the same issue with this light. I literally have to place my extender right near it for it to work. It will lose connection often and the light wouldn't even turn on. At least with AI, even without connection it will turn on. Most of the time, I have to unplug and completely reset. It is a pain in the kush. Close to smashing it to pieces at times. It's a pretty good light when working though.
  15. There are several dips that work, but for those with mature tanks and cannot take the corals out, this is a good alternative.
  16. This has been circulating around for a bit. I just want to post it here as an option for anyone in the hobby. It sounds super promising and "reef safe". If you used this and it worked for you, please let us all know. This can help a lot of people. https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/wormwood-treatment-for-aefw.429422/?fbclid=IwAR3U558XbQ9GNhib1T9d2xpt2JttYzefrc5K_RF8Vmzirf2hyKGd8gWiRGw
  17. When I see changes in my tank, I always go to water source first. Solves a lot of issue for plenty of people by just making sure your source water is "good". I like to send in my source water with my tank water to ICP every quarter or so just to keep my eyes on it. Good luck and I hope you figure out the problem!
  18. Your pics are great. Don't know what you are talking about
  19. Had to move things around in the tank. I found out that torches can sting the mantle of the clam. Poor guy is healing and opening wide again. I found this very cool coral (Bernardopora) that we don't see much around. The fact that it gets wrongly classified contributes to the "rarity". I initially got this from Unique Coral. After a couple of months, it has blossomed into a beautiful rich red color. A friend suggested trying to grow them between acros. That is a great idea but I am not sure how aggressive this guy is. Anyone has experience with this?
  20. Thanks ... what's the total count of folks asking you for one of them Bryce's bouncy bottoms?
