  3. We finally settled down a bit. So, it's time to get it running. My (wishful) plan is to get it done and get my livestock transferred by this Christmas/New year. here are the tanks: Things to do: -resealed the large tank since my plan is id keep it long term. -drill the cube and add overflow. -insulate and build a wall and stand for both tanks.

  10. wow! I too am exhausted just reading your story! I recently had to make multiple trips to lowes just for a kitchen drain. I know how it feel to have to run back and forth. Hang in there, the reward will be worth it.
  11. No experience with sedra 7500. I have a g2 running with sedra 5000. Impeller for sedras are notoriously swollen up and failed. Replacement for them is not worth it. You can probably go with a new reef octopus pin wheel pump or eheim adjustable skimmer pinwheel pump as a replacement.
  12. Looks awesome bro!
  13. Looking good man! Are Marlin and Coral ready to make Nemo yet?
  14. Another one of my WP40 is acting up. This one was running for a little more than a year. The controller and power supply LEDs were flashing. So I pulled it out and cleaned. Put it back in and it still doing the same thing. I tried it with another controller and same issue. So I tried running it dry...works fine. But as soon as cord hit the water, controller and power supply flashing and pump pulsing. Anyone experience this? Here is my troubleshooting video. From what I experience, I think it shorted out somewhere.
  15. Best wishes and quick recovery!

  17. I would drain the water out and get it leveled. Since you don't have anything in it, it should be an easy fix.
  18. Bummer! Sorry to hear. I lost a wrasse and dart fish even with the netting. Somehow they managed to squeezed through the 1/4" :(
  19. I like mixed variety. To me they are no different. Here is a sale thread:http://wamas.org/forums/topic/68884-dr-fosters-premium-live-rock-fs/
  20. Toss it out! it's a goner.
  21. Bummer! Sorry to hear. One would think 3/4" acrylic should not crack like that. Looks like you might be able to repair/reseal the crack.
