great price...there is no gen1 or 2...the newer model is a completely different lineup...so these should continue to be available...another 30 for the tir lenses...but still a great price

i had run mine starting at 40% and increased by 10% every few days...till 90 to 100 in the end...then i got tir and downgraded to 70-80% now i am thinking if downgrading some more

My temp doesn't not swing more than 0.6 usually in a 24 hour period I also usually set the overall temp to around 81 in summer and 79 in winter

i just check at night and i have lots of stuff running around the sand bed , the rocks etc i can see them in the day too but at night ...its really easy to spot them I have had a mandrin for a month now...it was eating preparred foods when i got it...but i dont think eats them in my tank cuz its usually hanging out deeper in the rockwork hunting/chilling 2 days ago i found it on the ground...they are jumpers!...its still doing great after i tossed it back..colors look vibrant i also found out that they like to hunt at night

How deep is the sand bed.....just wondering if large amounts of the initial over dosed materials can settle into the sand bed and then continue to leech back into the tank.....idk just a thought ....maybe stir it up using a turkey bast ...then siphon it out....rinse repeat over every 3 weeks doing it every 5-6 days as an interval and see if that helps.... Moving too fast on anything won't help

agreed, now with TIR i am doing 70-80% and i am thinking of scaling that back some more. i see no reason to upgrade atm.

it actually makes it better with the price bump up..O.O...if the prices were lower than i could see your point and if ur a gadget crazy and decide to upgrade for no real reason...then u can with the upgrade path they will be offering historically ive never seen any ecotech product turn out to be a "bad" choice. Their customer service is exceptional...i just sent in a mp40wes that was past warranty and they fixed it free cause of some known issue...they could have easily made me buy a new one.

Just got it today ...just messing with it

So I added about 10 ml mixed with 2 drops of zeobak stayed out for 10 min ...mixed a few more ml of tank way then...pushed out to high flow areas in the tank Turned off skimmer and uv Tank is very cloudy ATM...let's see how it goes

i am going start testing these today... just curious if anyone else has used them in a non zeovit system and what kind of results did they experience if any

There are few more very reputable builders out there...Like lee mar and Reef savvy About the tang lol I dunno how I did limited feedings too...I feed twice daily now...because I want more fish waste etc Previously I did not want fish growing much and they seemed happy with limited feedings...maybe they adapted idk rleally Ur new build is gonna be fun

i hope they allow controlling the modes like reef crest to ntm or lagoon with different times...via the radion...that wud be epic... or i can just go get a wxm module for the apex..

yea ive been using the $20 one like ryan...but i dont like that too...due to range issues....and all my mobile devices being apple and desktop being a pc which is far... either way im atleast looking fwd to the mac update
