Hmm I dont think that was the case...I did ask the owner and I "believe" him...also this is more so all along every edge..in some places it's very less in others a bit more... I'll try and take pics later

I just got a used tank and along the edges on the inside there is loose silicone with some green algae... It's about a quarter inch away from the seams...I guess they are all connected and this is just extra silicone that got loose over time and now is just a little ugly to look at. It comes off a bit at a time and tears off... I didn't wanna pull it though I case it impacts quality...I can used to seeing it after a while but if it's safe to remove I may remove excess from certain areas where it is more visible than others I forgot to mention it is is rimless if that means anything

So I was cleaning my atb skimmer and the shaft snapped Anyone know any Lfs store that carries it or has anyone tried the carbon shaft I can start it up with my finger but if I turn it off then it's annoying to do it again...

Hey ii wasn't sure how to do this...but if I had lets say more room under my tank and wanted to add an extra 20 gallon tank in addition to the sump...can that be done I would like to add more live rock etc to this tank for filtration ..just not sure how to make it happen

Clowns will learn to host some random thing...sometimes a glass corner...a rock a leather coral...a torch..idk they are pretty ez going like that.. I've also noticed they get more aggressive when an anemone is introduced....

As cool as they r ...they can be bad for corals....mine has killed 3 brains and I suspect it has devoured couple fish...one being my 5 yr hippo...so it's now in isolation in a smaller tank hosting 2 maroon clowns

I can accommodate 22-24 inches in length and 8.5 to 9 max in width...height I am more flexible with. I was planning on using the mag 7 with a control valve to limit the flow....at least that was explained to me from the guys over at lifereef....the overflow can go up to 400 gph and I can throttle adjust the return accordingly.

I will google that and see if I can build my own sump...worth looking into I guess

I just ordered the lifereef overflow for my 30 gallon setup. I have about 9 inches of width..plenty height and length....but the width is restricting me. Its in wall and I wanted to find a sump of some kind that would fit, the top fin 10 g is just a bit too wide and won't fit. Any suggestions...I am open to plastic tubs as well. I am guessing a 10 gallon would be a decent fit. It will house a mag 7 .... And a sump...ATM I plan on using internal or external turboflotor 1000 that I have from an older tank.
