i am not trying to advertise for anyone just trying to use for an example on here, but anyone here that live near congressional aquarium, visit there store on a thursday, friday, saturday, or sunday. they're usually packed. Why are they packed with customers? They're the most expensive LFS i've been too. One of the reasons i believe they're packed is because every week i see coupons for them, i get them direct mail, i see them in those local coupon magazines and i bet it has to be there location, i don't see that from any other LFS. All i get are e-mails and one would think that e-mailing is pretty limited on reaching new customers. I've had my own business before, to me it's all about adapting to the customers, adapting to economy, I wonder why mr.coral has changed his model a little bit? great topic, but at the end i think it's just how bad the owner wants to survive and how creative he/she can get.
