  1. Welcome aboard! Now that you are a full member, you have access to start a dedicated tank thread. It not only gives us the change to tag along, but it gives you the chance to document everything and have some storage space as well.
  2. http://www.hamiltontechnology.com/s...ow&cat=Specials $64.95 250 Watt
  3. In reference to your pm, like this Just post the code from the IMG area. Nice shots BTW
  4. IMHO for where your located, I don't think for seafood you can beat O'donnell's, and it's been in business since 1922 which speaks for it's self. It's most likely within 30 minutes from anywhere in Silver Spring. If you have a sweet tooth in the AM, take a box of Rum Bun's with you. One will come with dinner as well for you to try. http://www.odonnellsrestaurants.com/ Why am I now craving seafood at 8:40 in the AM?
  5. Boy how times have changed the last four years.
  6. Not to hi jack, but Bob, are you set up to build some paint grade doors to order? I just built a custom stand over the weekend but I don't have the tools to build doors. Is that something you can handle? I'm thinking some standard inset shaker type. Tanks
  7. Broadcast feeding is 1ML per 50 gallons in a fast flow area per day for the first 4 weeks. Or Instructions and Guidelines Shake product well before using. Turn protein skimmer and other forms of mechanical filtration off prior to adding CoralAminō to aquaria, and allow 10 - 15 minutes after use before resuming operation of filtration. Target Feeding (recommended): Pour 1 ml (~20 drops) into a small container and suck a portion into feeding device, then slowly discharge contents 2 - 4
  8. Something that can support 250.5 LBS. You could use something like this is you wanted to, which is what I used for a 29gallon.
  9. If it were me, that eel would be sushi real fast. Sorry to hear he got the other one.
  10. Not to hi jack the thread, but a sand sifting star is another option which are quite hardy, and make a heck of a lot less mess of your tank.
  11. I'll see if I can get a picture of it, post it, and you guys can name it. It is very sexy looking, I just have no idea what it is. I am told, not a slimer.
  12. I have a couple frags of something that is very green, but have no idea what it really is. Maybe we can call it Green Planet?
  13. I have read that ORA changes the deals on a weekly basis. Last week it was one large and up to four mini's, as was the week before. This week is one large only.
  14. I kind of live by the rule "if it ain't broke, don't fix it". He/she looks much better. Congrats.
  15. You know what Jeff, I stand corrected. They did tell me Sea Horse tanks and I completely got that wrong. Thank's for correcting me on that.
  16. They sell multiple sized ones at Southern States about a mile form me. I believe I paid around $75 bones from my 100 gallon, and they also have like 50's 75's and larger ones up to 250 gallons. They all come with a threaded fitting for a drain which is what I used to plumb out of. You can easily add bulkheads if you choose.
  17. Back on topic! Fixing wires
  18. Last time I was at Roozens they had a bunch of it. You might try them.
  19. Depending on what direction you go with corals, I think there is way too much emphasizes put on the rock work in this hobby, or aquascaping. Of course that is just my opinion, but take a look at this tank and see if you see any rock at all? This tank is 50 gallons. I don't mean to hijack, I just wanted to point out I think you have done a fine job with your rock work. The coral placement will be key.
  20. Mine sits dead center 14" from a 250 MH, in front of a jet from my closed loop and hasn't moved in 5 months. I'd have to think he will be ok in time and come back out for a sun tan. GL
  21. You know what they say about assuming right? Wasn't you homes.
  22. Why did you edit your post, and post what you did?
