eric, i live in middletown if you ever want to stop by and get some ideas. im not going to tell you what to do...but if it were me i would just get an over the top overflow form lifereef. they are awsome! it would serve the same purpose as drilling, without the risk! like the others said, JOIN THE CLUB! it will pay for itself in like a week! i cant tell you how many ppl on here are jenerous w/ their knowledge and live stock. thats right, WAMAS will have that tank stocked in no time!!! the best part is the fact that it will be little to no cost to you! anyway, nice to have you on the board and another reefer from frederick county!!! shawn

i hope you opened your valves that you plumbed. they appear to be closed in the pictures.

there would be one other thing that you could use to help filter your system. you could add a fluidized media reactor. im sure that could help too. there arent many that can get to zero w/ out a lot of husbandry, work and experience.

i counld see how it would look like a duncan in the pic, but it is a pearl bubble tip lps. i love how it's purple! i've never seen another quite like it.

that green cap appears to be quite large!! how big do you think it is anyway?

take 28 to point of rocks and go into va on 15 south. it will take you a little longer, but it is A LOT more scenic and you will avoid all kinds of traffic!

if you're using it for a tank, i would get the textured kind. it worked well for me. absolutely no drips!

i thought that since my wife was sharing her nano, it was time for me to step up and show off my tank a little too. for those of you who dont know, i recently upgraded from a 46bf to the 90g. i entitled it whatever because thats how i feel about what im going to have in it. there will always be the reasonable amount of discretion, but if i happen to find something that i like, and it's compatible w/ what i already have, it's goin in! lighting: dual pfo 175 mh, 14k hamilton. 2 420nm t-5s w/ individual reflectors. filteration: 29g sump w/ diy trickle filter and gsa shorty skimmer. mag 7 return. various lr from 46g and sand from danskim. movement: return pump and tunze 6060. here are some pics i just took earlier this evening. full tank shot! right side sump acan being fed. same acan under pc lighting in my 46. notice how the blues in that pic and white in this 1. from steffiepoo's nano. spot fed a candy cane. thought howard would like to see it--he started that other thread. hope you all enjoyed it! any comments/questions are welcome!

yea dude, that sucks!!!! is that rust on the bottom half of the heater??? right on the top where the glass broke. it just looked kinda brown.

i think they are both p'ed from the trip and you should give them time. i think he should have sent you what the 2 of you agreed upon, but maybe these are better? if you're unhappy, the best way that i think that you could "get even" is not to get anything from that person again! please watch the language. im not offended, but some maybe and we all try to keep wamas a family show.
