Poo like things in my sand

So my tanks really new started with all dry rock the coral I have in my tank have all been dipped according now recently I noticed these poo like turds excuse my language lmao in my tank has anyone ever seen this it's hard to take a pic

Are they moving/alive? Maybe a better pic, move a "turd" closer to the glass..

Can't really make them out in this picture. Can you move them closer to the glass and take a close up? Silly question, but do you have a cucumber in the tank?
