Pink Lemonade acro

I fragged this off my colony a couple of months ago and this frag has started to develop a purple rim around the base. Does the PL acro normally have this purple coloration when it encrusts?

yes Francis, its very typical of PL to have that coloration around the base while encrusting....

Looks good. The one Billy brought me is coloring up nicely too. Not fully encrusting yet, so no purple rim like that one has. Want to trade?

My PL doesn't have purple base, but my strawberry shortcake does.

Sean you can have it when you get my platinum clown. I have another frag that is just starting to encrust. I'll place that elsewhere and see if it develops that purple base. I don't remember my colony having one but I like it better with the purple base.
