Ok guys,
Recently I ordered a coral from a vendor. Everything looked so happy and upbeat until UPS dropped the ball, package got damaged and never delivered.
I'm trying to get a refund from the vendor yet with no success. Not until UPS refunds the vendor :( Do not even get a store credit.
GUARANTEE :
We guarantee live arrival. However, we are not responsible for shipping delays. In order for a refund to be issued, we must be contacted within 2 hours of delivery and must receive a clear photograph (SPECIFY - OF WHAT??) within 24 hours. Failure by the customer to accept the package on the first delivery attempt will void this guarantee.
Have no idea what to do now. Master buyers, any advice? Never had anything like this happening to me before. Usually refund is not an issue. :(
