    Thats wgat I used, except my sump is glass and baffle acrylic.Just made sure it is100% silicone.No mildew repelents. Home Depot has it with the plexyglass.

    Filled with water and no leaks!!!!

    Im sure thats what happened. But it is just a small chip. I will try testing for leaks tonite.

    I drilled the back pane of glass. But rather than drilling from outside of the tank to the indside, i started on the inside and ended up on the outside.

    Funny thing. Some how I ended up with a chip on the inside. Out side turned out perfect. Something happened, because it was smooth and no chips when I was just about to break through.

    Drilled my tank today, to install glass holes overflow. Took your advice and drilled from the inside.

    I am currently running an Icecap ballast on my T5 and like it. I prefer a some what blue look. http://www.marinedepot.com/lighting_metal_...rmation-ap.html From this link I think I like the color of the Sunburst 1200k.
