thanks everybody, im gonna try to get eveything right this time first though

well no becuase everytime i think about it my tank is in horrible condition.

so now im gonna get some new lights, clean out tank, try to get sister to pay damages, get a better setup for electrical stuff, and try restocking.

well one of my MH ballasts has shorted out. i guess thats why it reset. now i have to replace that too. so much money.

i had to leave for ten days and had my sister watch the tank. she killed literally everything in it. i didnt have any fish but i lost all my cleaning crew. the gfi needed to be reset and she told me this about 7 days after it happened. the power was off for 7 days!! she didnt even have to do that much just top it off and make sure its working, but she killed EVERYTHING!!! even those little tube worms everywhere!

they are not a problem and many people like them but i think they need a cold water reef tank......

i always go to the Winchester Aquarium becuase its closest to me, they dont have a good selection of corals now but they want to start selling more. they are nice and helpful but if you want corals you would be better off going to northern VA

i was looking at live aquaria for the group buy and i saw horseshoe crabs for sale. it says they are reef safe until they get big. Im kind of worried if i get them they might hurt some fish or inverts. they look cool though and help stirr up the sand.

mine never attack my snails only other hermits every once in a while, but the hermits that lose never get eaten just relocate to a new shell.

after they finish growing there shouldnt be any problems should there?

if its fast its definately not a bumblebee its almost definately a nassarius which get fast

ive never had any problems with my crabs...

i agree its either a nassarius snail or a bumble bee

i have a 90 gal, i guess they should be fine then as long as i feed well enough

im thinking of getting a tiger pistol shrimp but i read some where thats it will eat smaller shrimp like cleaner shrimp. i have a scarlet cleaner shrimp and 3 pepperment shrimps. is this a bad idea?

i go sking there often, nice place. yea it sucks only gotten a little bit of school this year

nice! poor shrimp though i would use less expensive food.
