breaking down a temporary qt frag system and found this guy attached to a frogspawn frag. Thought i'd check before i dump it in my nano

Vermetid snail, no? Not a good guy.

Agreed, typically more of a nuisance than anything.  I scrape them off when I can.  They just shoot snot webs out to collect food, can irritate corals.

Hey lynz. I tried to keep them out and failed. Literally everything I bought had them

All over. I would consider carefully fragging at the red line I am starting to wonder if they can come in microscopic lol

Some people just put super glue over them.

Or, just run a single-edge razor blade over the base of them and snap them off the coral skeleton.
