I don't always read these, but I am trying to figure out whether they were bored or impaired when they wrote this after they shipped my impeller: " Good news, DAVID! At least they have a sense of humor. I'm so very appreciative of their hire-an-unemployed-elf program. It takes another rowdy element off the streets....
