I'm sure this is mentioned in your build thread but what are you doing for calcium-reactor, kalk or 2 part?

Tanks have ups and downs...you'll get a handle on the cause I'm sure...

Thanks Kim, I think I got it under control now!

Hang in there. Your tanks are beautiful btw.

Thank you for the kind words.

Issac! I'm behind. Congrats on the wedding! You guys look happy.

And the tank looks amazing. I definitely want to schedule a stop by! Your corals are growing like weeds and I love it.

I wish they would grow faster! Next step, carbon and Gfo.

I don't even know what growth looks like in most of mine.  How many zoa heads did this come with again?  Although, my palys have definitely opened up and look as if they are starting to spread.  Which means I may have to learn how to trim them and put them up under SWAP.  I'm out of town for 2 weeks, but when I get back, I want to come see the tank!  And also to see what settings you use on your camera to get such amazing shots!

I've got carbon in my sump inbetween the chambers.  I literally have 3 containers of GFO/phosphate remover.  Want one?  I can give you details when I get home.

4 clams now. Tanks on close to auto. Adding x2 more T5 bulbs soon. Coraline popping up everywhere. Enjoy:

I feel like everytime I read this you have changed something, the most recent addition being a wife.

I was going to say this thread is more popular than Ryans build, but he is still over 47k views...  I think long run you may pass that.

Sweet CB pics!  glad you made it through yesterday.

Haha, thanks. The CB just peruses around now when I take photos, it's the tamest fish out of them all. I'm glad yesterday was quick, could have been worse!

WOW it all looks amazing!  Great job!

Thanks! Slowly getting there, it's constantly evolving and changing. But I'm doing a pretty good job of just sitting back and letting it be.

That was probably the most expensive change, and the most dramatic change that my tank will see. She doesn't take a lot of interest in it, but she did start naming locations I could put the tank while we were looking at property this past weekend. And I didn't prompt her for either. It seems like we might work on in the long run!

Speaking of long run, this September will mark the 1 year on the 150. I guess it's not really long run, that is short run. I wish I could keep it there and watch it grow without having to move it. I can't imagine how 2 years, or even 3 years it will look. At least I have a view goal to hit/surpass :P

Your tank is looking gorgeous as always.

Thanks you very much!

Looking at property, does that mean an upgrade soon?

Probably as about as big as I can afford to go right now. Don't keep fingers crossed!

It is just a larger vessel with more water, you don't need to change anything.....maybe. just a 180? or a 200? just sayin.

More light, more salt, more water, more rock. Always a pinch moving up.

So last shots were pretty general, decided to get in and really show some of my corals in here. It is hard to take pictures when everything is behind a pane of glass, so sometimes from the top is best. Sorry if some of them are blurry, or for any cyano, or bubble algae, or whatever else, my tank is not sterile, I don't know how people keep their tanks that way! Plus I'm still learning my way around the camera.

Some of my zoas

You are getting really good at shooting macro pics of you tank!

Thank you, sir. kind of. Now that I've got them blown up and on the screen and large, a lot of them are blurry. Practice will make perfect.
