If you can locate an Asian market pick up some dried Nori. I place the sheets in a gallon sized freezer bag with a slice of bread. The bread "softens" the Nori which you can fold without breaking and placed on a clip in the tank.

If you're referring to the dual reactor..........It's my understanding that the sponges are to be used with carbon, per their video.

Not sure how your return piping is setup, but if you can, drill a small hole in the piping just below the water line to break the siphon.

Okay I found it. My source water has a TDS of 192 ppm and the "in" probe reads 001 ppm. thanks for the replies.

Pardon my ignorance but where is the clean water output of the RO membrane?

I have the "in" probe between the out of the RO and the in of the first charcoal filter and I have a reading of 166 while the "out" probe coming out of the di is reading 0.
