Maybe a group of cardinals plus a colorful reef safe angel like the Pygmy angel. Personally like many small fish over one big one but you could check out divers den for ideas of a single or pair. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Hi. I’m in Clarksville so pretty close. I think you just need to keep up with water changes and test to see if your pH is stable. Do you keep corals?

If your tank is cycled properly and nothing else is amiss there shouldn’t be ammonia. When neglecting a tank it’s really about not exporting phosphate and nitrate with water changes that lead to algae blooms/poor coral health. What kind of fish is it?

Seachem prime is really helpful to temporarily detoxify ammonia and buy time. Really you need to figure out the cause of your ammonia. Are your RODI filters exhausted? The filtered particles can rot and leech ammonia. Did something else die? How old is your tank?

You can see unboxings on youtube. You get more than what you pay for, but i feel it’s less useful because you get a lot stuff Already have or just don’t end up using.

I had these. I think they’re baby brine shrimp. They get eaten or killed by equipment before they grow though. Or not.

The polyps look ballooned. Could be coral warfare or something to do with light. Also i think that’s not a Monti. Cats paw maybe?

Edit-
If it is just the tube you see, leave it. They drop their crowns sometimes and grow back. If it is the whole thing with the crown that is non responsive, it’s dead.

Sounds like the non reactive one is dead. I wouldnt even feed them. If you feed the fish, then they will get fed without any additional foods.

I’m awfully far for just some starfish and feather dusters. I’m sure someone closer to you has some? But I’m available all Sunday. Most of Saturday.

It uses a little usb thing that I’ve plugged into an iPhone plug thing, a computer, and then just a USB port on a power strip. Still doesn’t work.

I bought used lights starting out and now the controller has broken and won’t work. The brand is AI hydra and they no longer make the model i use. This light looks like this
With slightly different light configuration and uses this controller
Which needs to be plugged in to work. It no longer turns on when plugged in so i assume some salt water got in it or it shook too much and something came loose. Can anyone tech savvy help? Or is it a lost cause?

That’s funny because i saw an iced tea dispenser at dinner and thought exactly the same thing. Family laughed when i said so. They’re not fish people. I could get one but i already have 2 other nano tanks purchased and 3 million ideas for new ones. Would love to finally try a goby shrimp pair. Would like seriously light stock list though as the larger is 3 gallon and smaller is maybe 1? Idk. But i cant wait to try it out.
