  1. Test kit should be fine. As I’m using the same for my frag system and it’s fine there, I have fish and corals to prove that lol The system is in a room that’s closed off. And I don’t have any other animal or things that would contaminate the system.
  2. It’s qt for fish. But NO3 is really high, like 100+. I don’t think it’s completed cycling. Ammonia is 0, but just can’t get the NO3 down
  3. Hey Dan, if it’s still available. I’ll can give it a home in my frag tank
  4. System consist of 2x50g and 1x75g as sump. Lots of LR, no fish. No skimmer yet. Do water changes here and there. But nitrate won’t go down at all. It’s been over 2 months. Started dosing bacteria about 2-3 weeks ago daily but still nothing is changing. NO3 still pretty much in the red. any idea?
  5. Bunch of salt on sale at BRS website. Aquaforest seems to be the best sales
  6. I would not risk it in a 90. Powder blue and Powder brown are the same, one will most likely kill the other, and they’re really prone to getting ich which will effect everything else in the tank.
  7. thanks, let see what Coast to Coast has. maybe glass cages too
  8. For a large tank!
  9. Any recommendation? Local is best…
  10. sold out everywhere :(
  11. I had one in with some LPS. Leather, Frogspawn, and some zoas/paly. Was okay. But was it was just a few, 2/3 pieces. But I wouldn’t do it in my full reef.
  12. 2 in a week? something is up...
  13. nice fish Francis. First thing I look for is the underbite. I never thought about the fins. but definitely good to know that's one well fed clown baby!
  14. baby looks good. no weird under bite. dips on a school of them in about 6-8 months
  15. hey mark, I don’t have a dsb, just lots of live rocks, a few Marine pure blocks, and no refug, and weekly/biweekly wc depending if I’m lazy or not. But the tank is established for more than 4 years. That’s about it. Auto feeder 4 times a day and manual feed randomly.
  16. I have a skimmerless nem tank with some zoas and soft corals and about 5 fish, larger ones too.
  17. very nice. those wrasses will look very good in that open water column...

  22. I use the Ecotech ones. Its really good, strong flow and easy to control with the app. BUTTT you have to really keep it clean and maintain it well.
