Same food but cut the amount by 50% to help manage the nutrients. If you notice fish losing weight, increase food a little. Cupramine will lower their appetite a bit as well.
Keep in mind the sponge is carrying Ich as well.
What did you use for live bio filtration? Monitor ammonia daily and prepare to do water changes to keep ammonia in check. Also, get one those ammonia alert float thingy (technical term).

If you look close you can see a black mark that indicates the one liter mark. The cup holds just over two liters. The picture shows two days worth of skimmate.
February 2014 Update
Last month I replaced my Bubble Master 200 skimmer with a SRO 5000 external. The 5000 is equipped with a neck extension to increase dwell and contact time. Also, the automated neck cleaner (ANC) runs for 15 seconds every six hours. Prior to implementing the ANC, I was cleaning the neck every two days, not fun.

ORP and conductivity is not worth it, especially conductivity. If you need a probe to constantly measure salinity, you have bigger problems.

As I stated above, a standalone system can be done. However, it will be more challenging to maintain high water quality. Weekly water changes of 25% may work and use a large HOB filter (Aquaclear) for biological.
