Thanks for the other scolys in the tank now. On 11/10/2022 at 10:07 AM, YHSublime said: As always, just fire! Thank you. Wow... looking back at this thread to see when I got the captive bred Regal. Didn't realize it has almost been 6 months. Finally added him to the main display 2 nights ago along with the Blotchy Anthias and the whitetail tang. Lucky to report no prolong aggression against the new guys in the tank.
JJKK February 7, 2023 Author February 7, 2023 Tank continues to mature. Here is a FTS: Continue to accumulate torches. Here is a reverse tiger grail from @lynn.reef.nerd: The torches are starting to spread to the sand bed now:

JJKK May 5, 2023 Author May 5, 2023 (edited) Sadly, I decided that the Regal Angel had to be pulled out of the tank. He has eaten most of a scoly, a whole trachy, killed a mini colony of Pink Floyd acros and starting to nip at the Homewrecker acros. It took me this long to come to this decision because he has a very awesome misbar pattern and eats pellets and flakes from the water column(along we frozen food). But he is slowly wrecking my coralscape. I listed him forsale and got a perfect buyer for him. Now it is a matter of catching him in my tank. My secret weapon is to chum him with his favorite coral - a scoly. It was fairly quick as I found him in the trap the next day going in for a meal. Bagged and met up with the buyer before I decided to setup a FOWLR with this guy. Will miss this little guy. Edited May 5, 2023 by JJKK
WheresTheReef May 5, 2023 May 5, 2023 Beautiful fish, but that’s the reason I haven’t gotten one for my tank. Those are expensive meals. Glad he’s off to a new home.
YHSublime May 8, 2023 May 8, 2023 I've never had a "with caution" fish end up not loving coral. Sad to see it go, but you made the right choice if you want to keep all that coral going!
JJKK May 8, 2023 Author May 8, 2023 Yeah. The one week that I was away for the holidays really triggered his self service attitude. I guess I wasn't feeding enough with the autp-feeder and he helped himself with the scolys. Welp, good news is that the scolys are back in the display tank. The weird thing is that the green and orange one to the right of the Warpaint scoly used to be different color. You can see it as the green one with the blue ring that was also next to the Warpaint scoly in this picture. Here is that piece when I came home from holidays: It did fully heal in my side tank but did changed color patterns.
