It says "except fish". Maybe they got a bigger tank or the fish died after the pictures were taken.

They will just go back into another small tank at a local store anyways, but I know how you feel. I remember a shop near here that used to have one of those huge paccu looking fish in a tank so small it couldn't even turn around in it
