Good guess, but I don't think so. Look at the skirt vs a paly grandis. 

 

Crazy enough, the picture does look like it might be similar to the Palythoa Toxica google search... but I'm still not convinced of that either.

I think these are some sort of People Eater. I wanted to frag these for a long time but not sure how. My tank has been overgrown by cyphastrea and they are killing all my zoa/paly colonies. This is a picture of my captain American paly or what left of it.
