I just ordered the adapter fittings (it has metric fittings and the adaptors were not instock when she orderd the unit) so I'm hoping to have it runing by the weekend.

Yeah that is a really cool present, congrats. Just the other day I was just watching one of the BRS 52 weeks of reefing videos and they added one to that system. I am courious as to how well it works and how long the filter roll lasts. Keep us updated on how well it does.

I ordered the fittings several days ago from BRS with 2 day shipping and they said I'd have them Monday!?. Once I figure out how to get it situated and running I'll post info on it. I also got a pair of 40 gal vertical water tanks so I have to build a water changing station
