ChrisTran November 11, 2014 Author November 11, 2014 The tricky part is snaking a 3" flexible vent from the fan to where it can be mounted on an outside wall, usually in the joist space between your basement and the main floor. That is my problem. I need to figure out how to run the hose from the tank to the outside wall.
ChrisTran November 11, 2014 Author November 11, 2014 Chris can you take a picture from the right side that shows the SPS tank, the LPS tank and the stairs? I Can we see the guts of the beast? Left side of the stairs Right side of the stairs
epleeds November 11, 2014 November 11, 2014 I was over there today. The tanks are amazing. And the LPS is unreal.

AlanM November 12, 2014 November 12, 2014 I was over there today. The tanks are amazing. And the LPS is unreal. Yep. His basement is a treat to visit. That low LPS tank is so interesting and the SPS one is very pretty too.

ezeke1 November 12, 2014 November 12, 2014 I really enjoy the clean minimalist look of your tanks! Goodluck working in a fix for the smell.
Crob5965 November 12, 2014 November 12, 2014 Thank LPS shallow reef tank I think is one of the best looking tanks I have ever seen, if I ever set up a shallow reef tank, don't be surprised if I completely steal your design. Very nice work
matt November 12, 2014 November 12, 2014 Nice tanks! What are the dimensions on that sps/nem tank? Any issues with any of those angels aggravating the sps? Very pretty fish and corals
ChrisTran November 12, 2014 Author November 12, 2014 Chris- Let me know if you want me to stop by and give you an idea of how to get fan installed and how to vent it. I would love to get advice from experts like you. You need to free up your message box Ken; it's full. ;-)
ChrisTran November 12, 2014 Author November 12, 2014 (edited) Nice tanks! What are the dimensions on that sps/nem tank? Any issues with any of those angels aggravating the sps? Very pretty fish and corals I have 3 angels in there, a gold flakes, a golden and a majestic. They have been living in the tank for a couple years. So far they haven't destroyed my SPS collections. but i have little to no polyp extensions. The tank is 36"x36"x27" which is a little small for the angles. I am thinking of finding a larger home for them. If anyone is interested, please let me know. Edited November 12, 2014 by ChrisTran

Very nice work I love shallow tanks. The only complain i have is that my fish choices are very limited. Fish would jump and snails/hermits would claim up and out the tank.
