Jason Rhoads February 5, 2014 February 5, 2014 Looking very good! How long have those SPS been growing up your back wall?
flooddc February 5, 2014 Author February 5, 2014 Looking very good! How long have those SPS been growing up your back wall? monti and heliopora been growing onto the back glass for about 1-2 years!
flooddc February 5, 2014 Author February 5, 2014 Thanks guys! I have some green cyano that seem to be harder to get rid of than the red cyano. I am going to try the 2HO method on them! Also, had an acro that RTN recently (you can see it 2/3 down the video). I was too lazy to frag it so it totally gone!
flooddc February 5, 2014 Author February 5, 2014 Nice video and tank! Thanks for sharing. thanks. I going to look into your post regarding using hydrogen peroxide (h202) on cyano.
jaddc February 5, 2014 February 5, 2014 Yup. I recommend injecting the peroxide directly into the cyano with a syringe or baster, as opposed to a broadcast dose. You'll see the results immediately.
flooddc February 5, 2014 Author February 5, 2014 Nice video Chuck!!! Thanks David! How is you tank build coming along? Should be up and running by now!
flooddc February 5, 2014 Author February 5, 2014 It's amazing the growth rate you get! Looking great! Thanks Really! I feel that most of my corals grow really slow. Notice the rainbow montipora frag @ 2:55! it's been the same for 1.5+ years (got it from Travis (trockafella)). I only notice the red monti, heliopora and softies grow fairly fast. Maybe they suck all the trace element from the other corals.
gmerek2 February 6, 2014 February 6, 2014 That Duncan is a monster ! Was it only 2 heads when you got it 2 years ago? That slimer glows!! Was the slimer a straight stick when you got it from Bruce?

Was the slimer a straight stick when you got it from Bruce? That's a different duncan ! I was helping a friend and took it in, frag it, sold a few and now stuck with the rest! I kinda like it now. Your right about the slimmer! it start to take off. The blue/green acro I got from Evan also growing well too.
